I ordered from handcuffwarehouse.com and overall the shipping was easy to keep tabs on. Once it actually updated, I got the email that it had shipped and could follow where the package was going, which made the whole thing feel straightforward.
I’m giving it 4 stars because the first tracking update took a bit to appear, so I was kind of reading between the lines and wondering if it had really gone out yet. After that, though, everything moved along fine and it arrived when I expected.

"Good customer service overall"
Customer service was good overall. I had a question about my order and they got back to me the next day, which I thought was fair. The first reply could’ve been a little clearer, but to be fair, they followed up and everything got sorted out in the end.

In my experience, ordering from handcuffwarehouse.com went exactly how I hoped it would. Everything I picked was included, with the right sizes and colors, and nothing was missing or mixed up. The shipping box arrived in good shape, and the receipt matched my order too. It wasn’t anything fancy, but that’s all I needed. I’d order from them again.

I ordered some cuffs and was lowkey unsure about the sizing at first. The fit guide on the site actually helped a lot, especially being able to compare the inside width and chain length instead of just guessing and hoping for the best.
They ended up fitting better than I expected. Not too tight, but still secure, so that was a win. Shipping was normal too, nothing super speedy, but no issues either.
Only reason I’m giving 4 stars is because I wish there were more photos showing how they look on different wrist sizes. That would’ve made it way easier to decide. Still happy with them overall though.

So... I ordered a pair and they seem legit to me, not like some cheap knockoff or anything. The packaging looked right, and everything matched what was shown in the listing. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but overall I’m happy with the purchase.

I ordered a pair of cuffs the product was just like the listing said it would be. The size looked right, the finish was what I expected, and everything that was supposed to be in the box was there. I was happy with it, though at the same time I kind of wish the shipping info on the site had been a little clearer because I had to keep checking my email for updates. So yeah, the ordering process could’ve been a bit better, but the cuffs themselves were exactly what I wanted.

I kind of expected to find the usual basic selection, but they actually had way more options than I was assuming. Different brands, colors, sizes, and a bunch of random stuff I didn’t even realize I’d probably end up wanting until I saw it. It was nice being able to compare things in one place instead of bouncing between a bunch of sites. I found what I needed quickly, and of course ended up adding a couple extra things too. The site is straightforward, but the product selection is definitely what would make me come back.

I had a good experience using Handcuff Warehouse. I’ll admit I usually stick with another site I’ve ordered from before, so I wasn’t sure if I’d actually switch things up, but this one made it easy.
